Additional Information

  • During the ordering process, you can provide or upload your design or design requirements. You may do so via the form or send it to us by email later, ensuring to include the order number in the subject line. Once we receive your design, we will send you a design proof via email for your approval before proceeding with the printing of your order. Please note that we will not process your order until the artwork has been approved.
  • Accepted artwork formats include EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, and PSD. For optimal printing quality, design your artwork at full size with a resolution of 150dpi or at half size with a resolution of 300dpi.
  • It's essential to remember that we print all designs in CMYK, which may result in colour shifts when designs are supplied in RGB format. To ensure accurate font reproduction, please convert all fonts to outlines.
  • While we strive to match colours as closely as possible, some print processes may lead to slight colour changes. Colours may not always print exactly as they appear on your computer monitor, so please inform us if you have specific colour shades in mind.
  • For best results, avoid placing any critical artwork or text within 5cm of any edge. Additionally, please add a bleed of 25mm to the height and width of your design.

Information

Maximum Width:

While there is no strict maximum width for our trays, widths (including returns) exceeding the following measurements will be manufactured as multiple panels. For these instances, tongue & groove joining strips are provided for on-site application. When designing your signs, please consider providing an allowance for panel splitting without compromising the face's integrity.
    • Standard Colours: Up to 3000mm
    • Special Finish Colours: Up to 2400mm

Maximum Height:

For optimal results, we recommend adhering to the following maximum heights (including returns) for panels due to sheet size limitations:
    • Standard Colours: Up to 1460mm
    • Special Finish Colours: Up to 1200mm
While we can supply trays larger than these recommended heights, additional joins may be necessary as larger sheets need to be used in a portrait orientation.

Upstand:

The upstand is an additional lip at the back of the tray's top, primarily used when traditional fixings into the top of the tray are impractical, such as when mounted under a canopy. Please note that this measurement is added to the face size of the tray. When measuring and placing orders, consider accounting for the upstand to ensure accurate dimensions.

For new sign installations, we offer a comprehensive solution that includes a full backing panel featuring aluminium angles and pre-installed LEDs, complete with a ready-to-use power supply for seamless installation. Our LED components utilize Samsung chips and are powered by CE approved IP67 power supplies, ensuring reliability and longevity.
